Standard Flat (not tucked) Calfskin for 14" -17" diameter drum

We carry the highest grade standard calfskin heads, using the terminology "standard" to mean high grade calfskin heads produced domestically with a careful eye to consistency in thickness. Our batter calfskins are heavier in weight than our snare calfskins.

There are several options for ordering these calfskin heads. You can order the flat (untucked) skin, or the skin pretucked on a new flesh hoop, or you can choose to send us your existing flesh hoop to use for tucking the new head.

Order the flat calfskin here, then add services for tucking if you'd like us to do that job on a new flesh hoop or a flesh hoop you send to us.

If you are tucking the head yourself and would like us to cut the 22" calfskin for a drum less than 17" diameter, please be sure to let us know the diameter of your drum in a follow-up email.
