"Outlier" Pairs, Hickory and Persimmon (Discounted Pairs)

In every run of our drumsticks we have some first quality sticks that can't find be perfectly matched for pitch and weight with any other sticks - we call these our "outlier" sticks. After all the perfect pairs are made up and stocked, we go back and make close matches of weight and pitch into "outlier" pairs. These are first quality drumsticks paired in close matches for a discounted price, often of out-of-stock or discontinued models not otherwise available.
