New Rope Tension Drums

Following a classic rope drum makers' tradition, the Cooperman family began in 2018 to "pass the torch" for the making of Cooperman custom rope tension drums  to Dave Loyal of Loyal Drums, Fredericksburg VA.

Cooperman continues to make everything we are known for except finished rope tension drums, as our drum makers focus on maintenance, repair, and restoration work. Loyal Drums has taken on the hand crafting of Cooperman Series as well as Loyal Series drums, and is also a premier source for leather slings and harnesses.
