#43 Massachusetts Drummer is one of our most popular marching model drumsticks. The medium-long taper with a narrowed neck leading into the bead gives speed and responsiveness with power, with the nearly full teardrop bead balancing dark rich tone with projection and clear articulation. Made in American hickory.

• Our “First Quality” pairs are fully matched for weight and pitch.
• Our "Outliers" are our first quality sticks matched up with a bit more leeway for pitch and weight than we use for full price pairs. The weight can be an actual match or within a few grams, while the pitch is matched for some gradations within low/medium/high.
